UP Phd RMLAU

Is there any Combined Entrance Exam conducted by the RMLAU for Ph.d Program of all Universities of UP? I want to take admission in Entrance Exam conducted by RMLAU, so some one informed me this Exam is acceptable by all Universities of UP. Please provide me its syllabus and question papers for preparation.
