UP Drug Inspector Exam Date & Eligibility Criteria

As on 26-JULY-2014 there is no official announcement of date for the UP Drug Inspector exam .

The entrance for the drug inspector post is conducted through the UPSC exam state government of Uttar Pradesh.

But for further information you can log on the official site of “Public Service Commission, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh”.
You can see the section “Information Bulletin” where you can get the latest information about the dates and the exams.

Eligibility criteria:
Applicants must have Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical sciences or Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology from a recognized University or equivalent

The minimum age limit of Applicants is 21 years and the maximum age limit for candidates of different category is as follows:

General: 33 years
SC/ST: 38 years.
OBC: 36 years
One must be Indian citizen.

Exam Pattern:
Examination Pattern for Drug Inspector Exam: There will be following subjects in paper
General Knowledge - 50 questions for 50 marks
Psychological Test - 25 questions for 25 marks
Reasoning Ability - 25 questions for 25 marks

Graduate Level Pharmacy/Microbiology subject test - 100 questions for 100 marks
Qualifying in test is compulsory then you will have to qualify interview process.
