Teacher who wishes to be considered for promotion under CAS may submit in writing to the college, that he/she fulfils all qualifications under CAS and submit to the college the Performance Based Appraisal System Proforma duly supported by all credentials as per the API guidelines set out in UGC Regulations dated 30-06-2010.

CAS Promotion implementation Date of the UGC Regulations dated 30-06-2010: 31-12-2008

All the selection procedures shall be completed on the day of the selection committee meeting, wherein the minutes are recorded along with PBAS scoring Proforma and recommendation made on the basis of merit and duly signed by all members of the selection committee in the minutes.

The incumbent teacher must be on the role and in active service of the Colleges on the date of consideration by scrutiny the Selection Committee for selection/Promotion and CAS program.

Proof of Impact factor of Journal in which research paper is published

Proof of ISBN/ISSN number of Journal/ Conference Proceeding in which research paper is published

Copies of Certificates of Refresher course, Orientation Programme attended.

Copies of Certificates of Workshops/Summer School/Winter School of at least one (1) week duration

Copies of certificates related to National/International Conference/Seminar/Workshops etc. attended.
Copies of evidences of session chair/ Invited Lectures/talk given in National/International Conferences, Workshops, Schools, and Seminars etc

Copies of evidence of Text/Subject book or reference book or chapter(s) in a edited book written.

Proof of Major/Minor Research project sanction letter (ongoing/completed)

Patent if any.

Number of M. Phil. /Ph. D. students (submitted/awarded).
