Re: University of the Pacific Placement Test

The SOECS Dean's Office strongly urges Engineering students to take the ACCUPLACER math placement exam prior to the start of classes.

This test is used by the School of Engineering and Computer Science to ensure that you begin your engineering career in the appropriate mathematics class.

Because mathemetics is a foundation for engineering, it is critical that you begin at the appropriate level in order to complete your degree requirements on time.

For your convenience the test can be completed online at home

Drop-in ACCUPLACER math testing will be available on the following dates:

Monday, August 27: 9-10:30 a.m. & 1-3 p.m., Library, Classroom 1

Tuesday, August 28: 11 a.m.-3 p.m., Library, Classroom 1

Wednesday, August 29: 9-10:30 a.m. & 12-1:30 p.m., Library, Classroom 1

Thursday, August 30: 9-10:30 a.m. & 1-2:30 p.m., Library, Classroom 1

Pacific will be offering math placement testing on the Stockton campus at no charge. Please see below for scheduling math placement testing.
