Has University of Mumbai published PhD entrance exam notification?

University of Mumbai has not published the recruitment notification for PhD entrance exam yet.
A far as I know the university will publish the notification in the month of March 2013. And the dates should be as follows:

Starting date for application submission: In the fourth week of March, 2013
Last date for application submission: In the second week of April, 2013
Exam date: In the last week of April, 2013
