I want to get admission in B.Ed in University Of Lucknow so can you please tell me the criteria of admission?

Lucknow University conducts the B.Ed entrance exam every year for admission into the 2 year B.Ed course in the university and their affiliated Colleges.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation degree with minimum 50% marks, in case of the general and OBC candidates

The candidates who have completed the B.E. or B.Tech can also apply for the exam provided the candidates have a minimum of 55% marks and Science and Mathematics as their subjects

The candidates of the reserved category will get an additional 5% relaxation on the total marks the candidates who have appeared for the final year exam can also sit for the entrance exam

The candidates need to be a citizen of India

The candidates must be a resident of Lucknow

Age limit -

Candidates must be minimum of 17 years of age.

Application fee

The candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs. 1000 if they belong to general or OBC category.

If the candidates belong to reserved category, then the candidates will have to pay only Rs. 500.

Tentative dates-

• The online application form will be made available by the middle of February 2017
• The submission of the application will continue till the middle of March 2017
• The exam will be held towards the end of April 2017
• The exam will be held in the month of May 2017
• Results will be announced by 2nd week of June 2017
