Original Cash Receipt/ Demand Draft and Copies of Marklists shall be attached along with Application Form.

Filled up application shall be addressed to the Controller of Examinations, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram 34.

Add Rs. 20/- if the application form is downloaded from the website. Also add Rs.10/- as service charge if payment is made through Demand Draft.

Please enclose Original Cash Receipt / Demand Draft alongwith this application. Money orders, Cheques, Postal Orders and Treasury Chalan Recipts will not be accepted.

Self addressed stamped envelope must be attached if the Provisional Certificate is to be sent by post.
