The University of Gujrat is one of the novel major public sector universities in Punjab.

As per your requirement Here is the process to get Migration Certificate

Application form is obtainable from Consumer Stores (Room No. 1) by paying cash Rs. 10/- and also available on university website.

The fees of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred only) for a student migrating from this University to another statutory University.

After paying the fees at cash counter (Window No. 20), the form must be returned in Migration section (Room No. 19) with fee receipt.

The application for the Migration Certificate must be accompanied by the Original Transference Certificate from the Institution last attended and also the original mark-sheet or Passing Certificate (of the last examination) with a true copy of each accordingly certified by the Head of the Institution concerned.

In the case of peripheral Students, they must supply the original Passing Certificate of mark-sheet and a copy of each duly certified by
(1) Government Gazetted Officer,
(2) A Principal of an affiliated College of this University,
(3) A Member of the Senate (Court) of this University for the time being or
(4) A Head Master of a full-fiedged High School within the State of Gujarat.

The application for the Migration Certificate will not be diverted if the documents are not supplied.

Migration Form will be Checked in 11-15 to 2-00.

The Migration Certificate will deliver on next day 5-00 p.m. from Migration Section (Room No. 14) (With Fee Receipt).
