The Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management (EIILM) is a private educational institution located in South Sikkim district in the Indian state of Sikkim. EIILM is run by Rai Foundation.

Established by Gujarat State Legislature beneath Gujarat Act No. 12 of 2012, Rai University provides management courses educational Institutes chain of franchisee.
EIILM University, Sikkim, India is completely recognized and approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is established under Sikkim State Legislature Act No 4, 2006 Government of Sikkim.

The Act received consent of the Governor on March 24, 2006 that was published under the Government of Sikkim, Gazette Notification No. 28/LD/2006 dated April 3, 2006.

Overview
The institute was established in the year 1995 to provide higher education. In 1999, the institute started providing Master of Business Administration throughout the Central University of Visva-Bharati. EIILM became a part college of Visva-Bharati University, and later a university in Sikkim.
