Want to know about Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) and from where I can get its form??

Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), introduced by Union Bullet, is the fastest possible mode of money transfer through bank channels available in India. It's a fund transfer mechanism where transfer of money takes place from one bank to another in real time and on 'gross basis'. RTGS is primarily for large value remittances. The minimum amount to be remitted through RTGS is Rs.2.00 Lakh.

Customer who wishes to remit money through RTGS has to furnish the following particulars:

-FSC (Indian Financial System Code) of the beneficiary Bank/Branch.
-Full account number of the beneficiary.
-Name of the beneficiary.

Charges:

Free if the transaction amount is less than Rs. 2 lakhs.
Rs. 25/- per transaction if the transaction amount is from Rs. 2 lakhs upto and including Rs. 5 lakhs.
Rs. 50/- per transaction if the transaction amount is more than Rs. 5 lakhs.

NOTE: Charges are waived for customers availing services at our branches in North Eastern States

You can easily obtain RTGS form from any branch of UBI.
