Wit the application form you have to submit an identity card

Your passport photocopy

One photo

Address proof

And it would be better that if some one has an account in the UBI who knows you

NRI can open the following accounts :

In Rupees :- NRE & NRO

In FC :- FCNR

There is no prohibition to open and maintain multiple accounts a/cs.
