Union Bank of India recruits Single Window Operator ‘A’ under Clerical Cadre on the basis of Common Written Exam for Clerical Cadre conducted by IBPS.

Interview was conducted for almost 20 minutes.

There were three panel members. Panel members were very cooperative.

Selection Procedure:

1. IBPS Clerk Common Written Exam:

The Candidates who possess a valid score card issued by IBPS in the Common Written Exam for Clerical Cadre and have the score mentioned by Union Bank of India are only eligible.

2. Interview:

Depending upon the number of vacancies in each State / Union Territory, Total Weighted Standard Score (TWS Score) in the Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS and possess a valid score card issued by IBPS and rank sufficiently high in the order of merit based on the Total Weighted Standard Score shall be called for a Personal Interview in the ratio of 1:3 for General / Unreserved Candidates and 1:5 in case of candidates belonging to the Reserved Categories.

3. Interview Marks:

The Personal Interview will be conducted for 50 marks and it is conducted to assess the candidates’ academic record, power of expression, clarity of thought, qualities of leadership, extra curricular activities, hobbies, general demeanor, behavior, communication skills, suitability for the post, etc. The minimum qualifying marks for the Personal Interview would be 50% marks (45% marks for Reserved Category Candidates).

4. Final Selection:

Candidates who have cleared Personal Interview will be considered for final selection.
