Union Bank of India has, through the Call Centre, introduced still another uninterrupted 24x7x365 banking service to its customers. It is now just a call away from the public in general and its customers in particular, for their banking needs.

The Call Centre, being one of the delivery channels, will offer banking facilities through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) as well as through a human interface.

The Union Bank of India Customer Care Toll Free Helpline Numbers are as follows:

• Charged Numbers : 080-25300175/ 022-25751500/ +91 -22 -25719600

The processes to get to the ATM Transaction complain form of Union Bank of India is as follows:

Click to “Forms” under “Show” on the right on the home page

Click to “ATM Transaction complain form”

On the new page, you will get the Form
