Entry Requirements

Candidates must have AQF Level 7 Bachelor qualification in a non-relevant discipline
At least two years of management experience in the area of human resource management, business and/or management approved by the course coordinator

or

AQF Level 7 Bachelor qualification in a relevant discipline
At least two years of work experience
or
AQF Level 8 Graduate Certificate in Management from this University or its equivalent plus at least five years of work experience including three in management
