Hello sir, I want to know about the unique identification in HCL. Is there any one can provide me info of UID of HCL technology?

The Government of India (GOI) was setup a Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) with the mandate of providing a unique identity number to all residents of India that will remain valid for life.

Giving a unique identity to 1.2 billion residents is a challenging task.

The scope to capture the record of 12 billion fingerprints, 1.2 billion Need for Unique Identification photographs, and 2.4 billion iris scans and to ensure that no person gets more than one identity number is indeed unique.

HCL was awarded the Managed Service Provider (MSP) contract to handle end-to-end technology infrastructure of the UIDAI.

The solutions being offered by HCL to UIDAI comprised defining Enterprise Architecture for Core Enrolment, Authentication, eKYC Services and Security Services.

HCL is managing the Enrolment Client, Core Enrolment Processing Engine, Integration Framework, and has implemented Deduplication, Fraud Detection and Manual Adjudication Applications.
