Hey buddy The University of Houston is a state research university and the flagship institution of the University of Houston System. Founded in 1927, UH is the third-largest university in Texas with nearly 43,000 students.


The UH Health Law Program was ranked 4th in the nation by U.S. News and World Report in 2010

The UH Ph.D. program in Creative Writing 3rd in the U.S. by the Poets and Writers Magazine Reader's Poll in 2008.
