UGC NET Exam June Dates

The University Grants Commission had released the application forms for National Eligibility Test (NET) .Exam is conducted to short-list the applicants for the position of lecturer in any university/college in the country or for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).

Important Dates:
Last date to apply online and generation of filled bank challan for fee: May 5
Last date for receiving the printout of online application form: May 15
Date of examination: June 29
Last date of submission of fee through online generated bank challan, at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI): May 7
Last date of taking printout of application form, attendance slip and admit card: May 10

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must have obtained a Masters degree in Arts or Sciences by a UGC recognised university/institute with at least 55 per cent aggregate percentage (50 per cent in the case of SC/ ST).
