UGC NET conducted twice in a year for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the:

Lectureship in Indian universities and colleges or
Award of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF)

UGC-NET includes three papers.
Session Paper Questions

First I 50 100
First II 50 100
Second III 75 150

Date of Notification and Start of Online Application (June)
Online application starts from: 10/02/2014
Last date for online application: 04/03/2014
Last date for receipt of application form: 08/03/2014
Exam will be on: 22/06/2014
