To get entry into Technical Branch in Indian Navy 2020 one has to clear University Entry Scheme (UES).

Eligibility Conditions

One should be in the final year (regular BE/B Tech or integrated degree course) in an AICTE recognised university with one of the following educational qualifications and should have obtained a minimum of 60 % aggregate marks till pre-final year (till V semester of regular BE/B Tech and VII Semester of 5-year integrated degree course).

Only one application can be filled by candidate.
One who is eligible for more than one branch/cadre/specialisation should mention the preference in order of priority in their application form.

One recommended by SSB will have to undergo medicals as per extant regulation. There will be no relaxations.

The Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) is conducted by the Indian Air Force.

The exam is held twice a year in February and August/September, respectively, to select Class-I Gazetted Officers in Flying and Ground Duties (Technical and Non-Technical).

AFCAT is a gateway for both male and female candidates who wish to join the Indian Air Force for both Short Service Commission
