Can you tell me if there is an option for free tuition fee under Jose P. Laurel - Sotero H. Laurel President's Scholarship offered by Lyceum of the Philippines University Cavite for UG Courses?

The Lyceum of the Philippines University - Cavite is an institute of higher education in the province of Cavite. The campus opened its doors to the public in 2008, serving as 5th campus of the Lyceum of the Philippines University. It bills itself as "The First and Only Resort Campus in the Philippines" due to its modern and elegant architectural design.


Jose P. Laurel - Sotero H. Laurel President's Scholarship

The JPL-SHL (Jose P. Laurel - Sotero H. Laurel President) Scholarship exam will also serve as the entrance exam of qualified takers.

Privileges:
Free tuition and miscellaneous fees
Monthly stipend for 10 months
Book allowance per semester
Uniform allowance per school year


Qualifications:
Must be currently Grade 12 or a qualified candidate for graduation
Must belong to the top 10% of the graduating batch of at least 40 students or with at least 90% GWA in the recent grading period
Must be of good moral character as certified by the high school principal
Must be a Filipino citizen


Automatically qualified to take the Scholarship Exam
All students coming from laboratory / science high schools are automatically qualified to apply.


Requirements:
Accomplished scholarship form
Certification from the high school principal stating that the student has a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 90% or above in the recent grading period with at least 40 graduating students
Certification of Good moral character
Two 2” x 2” identical photos, with white background and signature over printed name at the back
Photocopy of birth certificate
1 long brown envelope


Other Reminders:
Application should be processed and requirements must be submitted at least a week before the intended testing date.


Exam Period for AY 2020-2021:
DECEMBER 14, 2019 & JANUARY 04, 2020
