I want to do Phd Programme from Tripura University so want to know what is the last for submitting the application form and from where I can download the application form and also tell me what eligibility required for it.

You are asking for the Tripura University Phd Programme. The last date for submit the application form will be on 22nd June 2012. The written exam for eligibility test will be held on 12th July.
