HPCL has an undeniable Corporate Training Department, to enlarge the learning and improvement prerequisites of its officers.

The HR Department's Vision is "Fabulousness in outfitting the maximum capacity of all workers for turning into a World Class Energy Company".

With this Vision in center, the Corporate Training Department's vision is to "Make esteem through upgraded abilities and be a vital accomplice to business by empowering workers understand their maximum capacity through creative and dynamic learning activities".

Training Policy

The Training Policy at HPCL gives expansive headings to direct the learning arrangements and activities.

Management Staff
