Feel free I’m ready to help you for details of Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test so that you can have idea about exam.

Eligibility
Candidates should atleast pass their Senior Secondary Examination or any other equivalent degree and here atleast 45% of marks are required (OR)

The candidates should atleast pass their B.A or B.Sc. or If they have passed or appearing in the B.Ed or Senior Secondary, they can take up this test.

Age Limit:
All those candidates which are between the Minimum 18 to 40 Maximum years

Application Fees :
The Examination fee is Rs.500/- for all the candidates except SC/ST candidates.

For SC/ST and Differently Abled candidates examination fees is Rs.250.

Exam pattern
For teaching classes I to V, Paper I need to be cleared

For teaching classes VI to VIII, Paper II need to be cleared

In paper I, 150 Multiple Choice Questions will be asked

The duration of Paper I is 90 minutes # In paper II, 150 Multiple Choice Questions will be asked

The duration of Paper II is 90 minutes # Candidate who wishes to teach all classes – Class I to Class VIII, need to appear for both papers
