TNPSC conducts direct recruitment for the post of Village Adminstrative Officer or Grama Nirvaga Aluvalar in Tamilnadu Ministerial Service.

Date of notification:- March 17,2013
Last date for submission of application: April 15, 2014
Last date for payment of fee at bank or post office: April 17, 2014
TNPSC VAO Entrance Exam date : June 14, 2014 (Saturday)

Eligibility

Applicants aged between 21 and 30 years of age are eligible to apply for TNPSC VAO Exam
Age relaxation: 40 years for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and DWs of all castes.
Applicants must be SSLC (Matriculation-10 Class) Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies (or) to College Courses of studies.
Applicants should also have (written and spoken) proficiency in Tamil language.
