Here I am giving you information about dates and eligibility to apply for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Group 2 Combined Subordinate Service Examination-I Examination below :

Tentative dates:
Online application begins: first week of September, 2014
Last date to Apply for Group 2 exam: first week of Oct , 2014
Date of Group 2 Exam: first week of Dec , 2014
Group 2 exam hall ticket download: November 2nd week, 2014

Eligibility criteria:
You should passed any degree or A Degree in BA/B.Com /B.Sc or A Degree in Arts/ Science / Commerce / Engineering from a recognized university.
-You should possess adequate knowledge of Tamil.

Age limit :
For general category – 18 to 30 years
For SC/ ST/ OBC/ Widows of all caste – 18 to 35 years
The age limits mentioned above are applicable for all Group 2 post, except two positions given below:
Junior employment officer age limit is 20 to 30 years.
Sub- Registrar, grade 2 age limit is 18 to 40 years

Exam Pattern:
Group 2 (CSSE-I) Examination will be made in two successive stages.
For Interview Posts:
i. Written Examination
ii. Oral Test (Interview)

For Non Interview Posts:
i. Written Examination
ii. Document Verification
