For Ph.D. ( Bengaluru ) : M.A. / M.Sc. / M.Tech.

TIFR GS Physics Eligibility :

For Ph.D. : Applicants must have obtained degree in M.Sc. ( Physics ) / B.Tech. ( Engineering Physics )

For I – Ph.D. : Applicants must have obtained degree B.E. / M.E. / B.Sc. / M.Tech. / B.Chem. or equivalent degree in Science / Engingeering / Medicine, M.Sc. ( not in Physics ) / B.Tech. ( not in Engineering Physics ).

TIFR GS Chemistry Eligibility :

For Ph.D. : M.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. / B.Pharm. / M.Pharm. B.Sc.

TIFR GS Biology Eligibility :

For Ph.D. Program in TCIS : M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry or Biology.
