Re: Thomson Reuters test process
Ok, as you want the Thomson Reuters Interview Questions (Senior Software Engineer) so here I am providing you. There were a total of three rounds in the hiring process at Thomson Reuters - 2 technical interviews and 1 HR interview. Round 1 - First Technical Round The first technical round is more an introductory round than the technical round. There are many questions ask about yourself. The questions regarding your previous job and from technical area the questions based on data structures and java majorly. Q1. How will you update a value using threads? Write the code. Q2. What sort of variables are required for snakes and ladder questions? Q3. Write a java program to sort an array using Bubble Sort Algorithm. Round 2 - Second Technical Round This interview focused on the technical questions right from the beginning. This could be seen as a relief too. Many questions ask based on core java, database structures and a bit of C++ too. There are some situation based questions too and that are more difficult. Q1. How will you manage a multilingual testing of a product on an extremely short notice such that you don't have enough time to test them all? Q2. Printing the nodes of a tree visible to a person standing on the right side of the tree. Round 3 - HR Round The HR round was a quick one and went all smooth. After this round, the offer was made which was negotiable. |
