Can you tell me about the Exam date for TGT and PGT Exam of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board (UPSESSB) 2014 as I am preparing for it?

Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board (UPSESSB) conducts the TGT (Trained graduate Teacher)/PGT (Post Graduate Teachers) Examination for filling the vacant vacancies as a teacher posts. UPSESSB Board announced the TGT Exam 2014 in two steps on 25 Aug, 2014 and 01 Sep, 2014. The PGT Exam 2014 was conducted on 08 Sep, 2014. The TGT/PGT Exam 2014 was conducted in two shifts. The first shift was from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and second shift was from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. On 25 Aug, 2014 between 10 to 12 PM TGT Hindi, English, Science and between 2 to 4 PM TGT Biology, Home science, Commerce and Physical Education Examination was held in various centers allotted by the UPSESSB. On 8 Sep, 2014 between 10 to 12 PM PGT Physics, English, Sanskrit, Commerce, History, Geography, Agriculture and Arts subject examination was conducted by the UPSESSB. The second shift between 2 to 4 PM PGT Chemistry, Biology, Hindi, Urdu, Social Science exam will be conduct. People are requested to download their admit card from the link mention below before the examination date. Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education staff selection board was conducted TGT and PGT exam in January and February months for 2015 session. Selection Procedure – Selection in UPSESSB for TGT and PGT post on the basis of written exam and interview performance as follows – (i) Written Examination- 85% marks (ii) Interview – 10% Marks (iii) Special Qualification - 05% Marks For TGT exam syllabus and pattern of the exam : Paper Pattern: There will be an objective type paper held in two parts on the following: Part I: Questions related to English and Hindi Part II: General Knowledge, Hindi and subjects as chosen for study Total Number of Questions: 200 Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Based Questions in objective forms Subjects of Study: For Trained Graduate Teachers: Sanskrit, Agriculture, Sociology, Home Science, Mathematics, English, Urdu, Science, Commerce, Physical Education, Zoology, Hindi, Arts, Music, Physical Education, Katai Bunai and Silai For Post Graduate Teachers: Home Science, Music, Geology, Physics, Hindi, Military Science, Psychology, Chemistry, Geology, Agriculture, Mathematics, Economics, Education, Sanskrit, Reasoning, Pali, History and Civics respectively. |
