Requirements:
Minimum 10 years large equipment maintenance experience in a refinery and/or petrochemical facility, crane expertise preferred.
High School diploma or GED required.
Must have a TWIC card or be able to successfully obtain a TWIC card.
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Must be able to work an extended schedule, including a night shift assignment as needed.
Must have the ability to occasionally climb ladders and stairs to access process equipment, will be required to pass fit for work test.
Prior working experience estimating maintenance job, planning, scheduling and field execution required.
Working knowledge of process unit or process unit environments.
Skilled in use of MS-Word, Excel, Outlook.
Strong leadership skills.
Self-Starter.
Demonstrated ability as a Team Player. Willingly offer and accept challenge and feedback on job deliverables.
Working knowledge of planning and scheduling software tools such as Primavera P-6.
Able to perform work with little or no supervisor direction.
Able to lead a group of employees as well as work one-on-one to achieve business objectives.
Strong organizational and task management skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
