Maharashtra State Teacher Eligibility Test (MahaTET) exam details are as given below:

Eligibility Criteria
The Candidates must have completed Graduation/Post Graduation in relevant discipline from the recognized University.

The person who is pursuing any of the teacher education courses (recognized by the appropriate authority, as the case may be) are also eligible.

Selection Process
Selection of the candidate will be made on the basis of their marks obtained in the written examination.

Opening Date of Online applications:
1 October 2014

Closing Date of Online applications:
22 October 2014

Dates of Deposit of fees:
Between 1 October 2014 to 27 October 2014

Last date of receipt of application forms: 30 October 2014

Date of MahaTET 2014 Examination: 14 December 2014
