The TES stands for the Technical Entry Scheme. You want to join the Air Force for this you have to appear in Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT). This is the common written exam for Flying, Technical and Ground Duty branches of IAF. Eligibility: The applicant who wants to apply for this test should be a B.tech Graduate in Electronics & Mechanical branch only from a recognized University securing 60% Marks. Or The applicants have to cleared Section A & B Exam of Aeronautical Society of India Or Section A & B of Institute of Engineers Age It should be in between 18-28 years Selection Procedure Shortlisting (Documentation) AFSB Interview Medical Test Fitness Test Pattern Time - 2 Hours Questions - 100 Correct Answer - (+)3 Marks Wrong Answer - (-)1 Mark Syllabus General Awareness - Geography, Sports, History, Politics, Civics, Defence, Culture, Art, Basic Science, Current Affairs, Environment etc. Verbal Ability in English - Error Detection, Sentence Completion, Comprehension, Antonyms, Synonyms and Testing of Vocabulary. Numerical Ability - Decimal Fraction, Profit & loss, Average, Simplification, Ratio & Proportion, Percentage and Simple interest. Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test - Spatial Ability and Verbal Skills. |
