About the NIT Calicut : National Institute of Technology Calicut, formerly the Calicut Regional Engineering College, is a federally funded technical university and an institute of national importance governed by an act passed by the Parliament of India.


About the Unwired Club :

The objective to start he Unwired Club is as follow:

To generate interest and enthusiasm in Radio Controlled(R/C) Modelling amongst the students of NIT Calicut.

To establish a solid platform for students of all branches interested in Radio Controlled Modelling.

To bring to light the technical depth involved in R/C Modelling, thus dispelling notions of it being a mere hobby or a pastime.

To participate and encourage participation in National and International hnical festivals, design contests etc.
