TANCET exam Eligibility

I want to appear in TANCET exam so please tell me its eligibility criteria and procedure to apply for it?

TANCET is the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test. It is conducted by Anna University, for admissions to the M.Tech. Programmes offered at Colleges of Anna University,

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed B.E. / B.Tech. in relevant field with a minimum of 50% (45% in case of SC/ST)
OR
Candidates must have passed the certificate programmes of professional bodies or societies (e.g. A.M.I.E.) recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India as equivalent to B.E. / B.Tech.

Application Procedure:
Candidates can walk in person to the specified Co-ordinating Centres with a copy of
10th Std. mark sheet and
12th Std. mark sheet (or 3 years Diploma Certificate)
They must pay the TANCET Application Fees in cash or Demand Draft to get a hall ticket.
