Presently the salary offered for the freshers in the Syntel company is:
3.25 Lakh P.A

Software Engineer (8)
Salary Rs 185,904 - Rs 577,947
Bonus Rs 4,036 - Rs 80,591
Total Pay Rs 183,453 - Rs 607,478

Your salary is also depends on your personal skills, education and Organization . After having 2 or 3 year experiences you can get high salary packages.

Pattern of Syntel examination:-
Total 85 questions – 90 Minutes
There is no negative marking.

Written test is divided into 3 sections.
1) Section I contains 25 verbal questions.
The time given for this is 15 minutes.

2) Section II is on Quantitative Aptitude.
There are 30 questions in this which are to be solved in 45 minutes.
Refer Quantitative Aptitude by R.S.Agarwal to prepare.

3) Section III is on Logical reasoning.
There are 30 questions in this and time allotted for this is 30 minutes.
