Syntel Campus Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
I am 7th semester B.Tech student and having 1 backlog . Am i eligible for the Syntel Campus Recruitment or not ?

Sorry to say that being 7th semester B.Tech student and having 1 backlog you are not eligible for the Syntel Campus Recruitment . Eligibility Criteria Applicants must be a graduate with a BE / B-Tech in any Discipline, Masters in Computer Applications; or MSc in Mathematics, Statistics or Physics. No Backlogs are required. A stringent written test must be passed for consideration of entry into the program. Hiring Process: The hiring process moves in three stages Online Test + GD Round Technical Interview HR Interview Syntel Placement Test Round – I ( Online Test ) Total Number of Questions : 45 Total Time : 45 minutes or 1 Hour * No Negative Marking * Syllabus of Online Test : Quantitative Aptitude Test, Series, English, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning, Comprehension, Correcting Sentence, Completion and Coding Round -II ( Technical Interview ) Most of the Questions will be asked from your subject of interest ( Only Basic Questions ) Final year Project or the Summer Projects. Be ready with your Project ( Interview Questions on C , C, Interview Questions on JAVA, Interview Questions on DBMS, Interview Questions on C#, Interview Questions on Microprocessor ) Round III – ( HR Round ) : Only HR Questions such as Tell me about yourself ? ( Introduction ) What can you do to increase the growth graph of Syntel? How you see yourself 5 years from now? How much salary do you expect? and many more. Why do you want to join Syntel? What do you know about Syntel’s product and technology? |

Headquartered in Troy, Michigan, Eligibility for recruitment:- Candidate must be score at least 50% in through out career. Pending Backlog are not allowed. Maximum 1 year gap are allowed. It usually hire every year and recruit many candidates and offer them very good salary package Recruitment Eligibility Criteria Graduation Criteria B.E/B. Tech, B.Com, BSc and all other Graduates are eligible for Syntel Recruitment Process. A minimum of 55% in Graduation No pending backlogs are allowed. A maximum of a 1-year break in education is allowed. Academic Criteria A minimum of 55% marks in 10th, 12th, Diploma. A maximum of a 1-year break in education is allowed. Syntel Recruitment Process The Syntel Recruitment Process consists of the following Rounds: Online Aptitude Test The Syntel Online test is the first stage of Syntel Recruitment Process. This round, as the name suggests will assess the basic aptitude of candidates. This test decided whether the candidate will go for the next stages of Syntel Recruitment, i.e. Technical and HR Interview Rounds. Group Discussion The student who clears the previous rounds is called for a GD. It is mainly to check communication and presentation skills. Company will offer a case study of any problem faced by the organization or any topic of global/national importance. Technical Interview This round is for candidates who clear the Online Aptitude Round. One can expect questions on any from their subject of study. Good subject knowledge is required to clear this round. One should have the knowledge of Data structures, algorithms, DBMS, Operating System, Networking, OOPs concepts and a programming language of ones choice. This round is essential as Technical Knowledge is tested which is an essential stage of Syntel Recruitment Process. Candidates should prepare for subjects related to their branch. The panel will also be asking questions from the resume, so one should be well prepared with what they have written in their CV. HR Interview For this round, there is no specific pattern, one will have to answer questions based on personal choice, there are no right answers or wrong answers, and it is basically to test ones personality. |
