After the settlement of 15% hike in syndicate Bank, Now the salary of a bank clerk will Rs 21990 and Rs 19461 will be Cash In Hand.

2nd and 4th Saturday of every month will be holiday in banks but all other Saturday will be full working day.

Salary of Clerk employee based on following:

Bank Clerk Salary = Basic Pay + DA + CCA + HRA

In syndicate bank clerk salary is:

Clerk ₹40,110/mo

Almost all public sector banks place the clerks in the following scale at the 1st stage of the grade:

Rs. 7200 – (400×3) – 8400 – (500×3) – 9900 – (600×4) – 12300 – (700×7) – 17200 – (1300×1) – 18500 – (800×1) – 19300

The initial Basic Pay of a clerk will be Rs.7200/-
Rs. 7200/- for 10+2 Qualified candidates only
Graduates starts with Rs.8000/- as Basic Pay
