The University of Kota is a public university in Kota, Rajasthan, India. It was established with the agreement of the governor of Rajasthan, and recognized by the UGC in 2003 under the state act. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses.


Mphil Geography
The M.Phil. Course in Geography will be research based and will cater for the full
time Regular Students in the discipline of Geography with differing emphasis on papers,training in research methodology and dissertation writing

Syllabus :

Paper-I - Geographical Analysis and Research Methodology.

Paper-II - Advanced Economic Geography.

Paper-III - Any one of the following -
(a) Advanced Geomorphology.
(b) Advanced Agricultural Geography.
(c) Advanced Political Geography.
(d) Advanced Geography of Environment.

Paper-IV - Dissertation.
