Government Diploma in Cooperation and Accountancy is only a year-long course and after the successful completion of the same, one becomes a Certified Auditor of Co-Operative Societies or Trust. Generally this program covers following topics: Papers1. Theory and History of Cooperation 2. Co-operative Management 3. Co-Operative Law and other laws. 4. Accounts. 5. Co-operative Audit 6. Banking. Paper No. 1 : Theory and History of Cooperation Co-operation-Concept, Definition and Principle of Co-operation. History Importance Relevance and Significance of Cooperative Law. (a) Growth of Co-operative movement in India and Abroad and History and Significance of Co-operative Law w r. t. Development of Co-operative Movement. (b) Role of leadership in Co-operative Development. Place of Co-operation in modernization and Privatisation of World. Main Recommendations of the following Committees and Study of such other Committees as may be announced from time to time. (a)Maclagan Committee, (b) All lndia Rural Credit Survey Committe, 1954, (c) All India Rural Credit Review committee, (d) Committee on Co-operative Credit; Mehta committee, (e) CAFRICARD committee and Agriculture credit Review Committee. Co-operative Education and Training Needs and Infrastructure. Set up and Function of Department, Decentralization and Functions of Co-operation Department in Development of Co-operative Sector-Particular Reference in Maharashtra. Role of (a) National Cooperative Development Corporation, (b) National Co-operative Union of India, (c) National Dairy Development board, (d) Khadi and Village industries Commission, (e) Maharashtra Co-operative Development Corporation and Vaikuntha Mehta National Institute of Co-operative Management. State co-operative Union. Maharashtra state co-operative council. |

Government Diploma in Cooperation and Accountancy (GDCA) Exam is conducted by Maharashtra Public Service Commission every year at a state level. As you want here I am giving bellow Government Diploma in Cooperation and Accountancy (GDCA) exam syllabus : Government Diploma in Cooperation and Accountancy (GDCA) exam syllabus Paper 1: Banking Co-operative law and other laws Theory and History of Cooperation Co-operative Audit and co-operative management Concepts: Definition and principles of cooperation, History importance relevance, and significance of co-operation Growth of Co-operative movement in India Development of Co-operative movement Role of relationship in co-operative movement Place of Co-operation in modernization and privatization of the world. a) Main Recommendation of the following committees and study of such other committees as may be announced from time to time.
