As you want to get the syllabus of Combined Pre Medical Test so here it is for you:

The CPMT 2014 entrance exam will consist of 2 papers and total number is 200. The exam duration is 3 hours

 Chemistry — 50
 Physics — 50
 Zoology — 50
 Botany — 50

Paper I: The 1st paper consists of 100 objective type questions from Zoology and Botany. Every part has 50 objective type questions.

Paper II: The 2nd paper will consist of 100 objective type questions from Chemistry and Physics. Each section contains 50 objective type questions.

CPMT 2014 SYLLABUS:

CPMT 2014 consist of four sections—Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Botany. The full syllabus of four subjects are given bellow–

Physics Syllabus for CPMT 2014: The syllabus of physics is divided into 2 sections.

SECTION-1 Electromagnetism, Electricity, Electron Physics, Radiation and Atomic Physics, and Nuclear Physics.

SECTION -2 Measurements and Kinematics, Mechanics, Wave motion and Sound, General Properties of Matter, Heat, and Light.

Chemistry Syllabus for CPMT 2014: The syllabus of chemistry is also divided into 2 segments.

SECTION-1 Alkyl halides, Alcohols, Ethers, Aldehydes, Ketones, Isomerism, Aromatic Compound, study of alkali, alkaline metals

SECTION -2 the study of Chemical Equilibria, Laws of Gases, Thermo chemistry, Transition Elements, Catalyist, and Preparation of Collidal Solution.

Botany Syllabus for CPMT 2014:

SECTION-1 Cell, Ecosystem, Plant Kingdom, and Systematic study of Algae, Bacteria, and Fungi etc.

SECTION -2 the study of Photosynthesis, Respiratory system, Growth & Movements, Transpiration, Translocation, Heredity, Sporogenesis, Human evolution, Fruits, and Cell Differentiation.

Zoology Syllabus for CPMT 2014:

SECTION-1 Animal Tissues, Arthopoda, Porifera, Protozoa

SECTION -2 Organic Evolutions, Origin of Life, Genetics, Mutation, and Animal Physiology.

As you want to get Combined Pre Medical Test syllabus for doing preparation so here I am giving you same:

Exam Pattern
The duration of exam is 3 hours and there are total of 200 questions.

The paper consists of 4 sections namely Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry.

Each section will have 50 questions.

This examination is available in both Hindi and English. And the choice of selecting it is available in the Application form.

Students give examination in these two languages, which so ever you are comfortable with.

Physical world and measurement, Electrostatics,Kinematics,Current Electricity, Laws of Motion, Magnetic Effects of Current and Magnetism, Work, Energy and Power, ElectromagneticInduction and Alternating Currents, Gravitation, Optics, Properties of Bulk Matter, Dual Nature of Matter and Radiation, Thermodynamics, Atoms and Nuclei, Behaviour of Perfect Gas and kinetic Theory, Electronic Devices,Oscillations and Waves.

CHEMISTRY
Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry' Solid State, Structure of Atom, Solutions,Classification of Elements and Periodicity in
Properties, Electrochemistry, Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure, Chemical Kinetics, States of Matter,: Gases and Liquids, Surface Chemistry, Thermodynamics, General Principles and Processes of Isolation of Elements, Equilibrium, p- Block Elements, Redox Reactions, d and f Block Elements, Hydrogen, Coordination Compounds, s-Block Element (Alkali and Alkaline earth metals), Haloalkanes and Haloarenes, Some p-Block Elements Alcohols, Phenols and Ethers, Organic Chemistry Some Basic principles and Techniques, Aldehydes,ketones and Carboxylic Acids Hydrocarbons, Organic Compounds Containing Nitrogen, Environmental Chemistry, Biomolecules, Polymers, Chemistry in Everyday Life.

BIOLOGY
Diversity in Living World Reproduction, Structural Organisation in Animals and Plants, Genetics and Evolution, Cell Structure and Function, Biology and Human Welfare, Plant Physiology, Biotechnology and Its Applications, Human physiology, Ecology and environment.
