Summer Training Course at AIIMS or IITs for B.Tech Student

I have completed my B.tech now I want to do summer training course at AIIMS or IITs, may I do or not ?

You have completed your B.tech and want to do summer training course at AIIMS or IITs, so I want to tell you that you cant do summer training from AIIMS or IITs because AIIMS is All India Institute of Medical Sciences, its not for B.Tech students, and AIIMS or IITs offers training for only their campus students not for other institutes students so you are not able to do summer training from there .
