Summer Training Admission while doing B.Tech 3rd year

Can you tell me the process of joining a summer training institute while doing B.Tech 3rd year as me and my friends want to take admission in it?

To join a summer training institute you need to apply for it by yourself in the company in which you want to do so. You just go to the Company and meet the HR of the company and mention about your need and conditions and HR will guide accordingly.

Or

Visit the official sites of the companies regularly.
The companies issue notice regarding the admissions for industrial training for the students.
Fill up the application form regarding the Training.
After estimating your academic performance, they'll select students for the Training.
