How many candidates were appeared in COMEDK UGET examination? Tell about the eligibility for the exam ?

Approx 1,08,489 candidates were appeared in COMEDK UGET exam in 2015. Of the total number of candidates appeared for the exam approx 57,277 candidates were appeared for medical and dental streams, 37,587 for engineering and about 13,622 candidates were appeared for both the streams.

COMEDK UGET Eligibility criteria

For MBBS/ BDS
Candidate must have passed 2nd PUC or 12th level or equivalent examination.

Candidate must have studied physics chemistry and biology with English as compulsory subjects.

Candidate must pass higher secondary exam with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Applicants belonging to reserved classes such as SC/ST/ OBC have secure 40 percent marks.

Age : 17 years

For B.tech/ B.E.

Applicants must be passed 2nd PUC or class 12th by recognized board.

Applicants should studied physics, mathematics and chemistry with English as a compulsory subject in class 11th and class 12th.

Applicants should secure minimum 45% marks in higher secondary level, 40% marks in case of SC/ ST/ OBC candidates.

For B.arch

Applicants must have passed 2nd PUC or 12th class with mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects.
or
10 plus 3 diploma recognized by state/ central government.

Applicants must secure 50% aggregate marks in class 12th.
In case of SC/ST/OBC candidate should have secured 45% marks in aggregate.

Applicant should have appeared for national aptitude test in architecture and secured minimum score of 80 out of 200 marks.
