(i) Applicants must be Graduate from a recognized University

(ii) Applicants must have Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard

(iii) Applicants must have to qualify the Test in Computer Appreciation and Application.

This test based on Spreadsheet Applications, Word Processing, Internet Browsing and Email Management.

Applicants must have to Qualify a test in Stenography in English at the speed of 80 wpm & transcription thereof at the speed of 15 wpm
only on Computer .
