Hi I would like to know the various statues of the Calicut University which are subject to the procurement of the Act?

The Statutes which are Subject to the procurements of the Act, the Statutes might accommodate all or any of

The accompanying matters, to be specific:-

(a) The forces and obligations of the officers of the University, not particularly accommodated in the Act;

(b) The constitution, force and obligations of the powers of the University, not particularly accommodated in this Act;

(c) The technique for decision of individuals from the Senate, the Syndicate, the Academic Council & what's more, different powers of the University and all such different matters identifying with these bodies, as might be vital or alluring to give;

(d) Recompense of degrees, recognitions, titles, testaments and other scholarly qualifications by the College;

(e) The withdrawal or cancelation of degrees, confirmations, titles, testaments and other scholastic refinements;

(f) The support of a register of enlisted graduates;

(g) The holding of conferences to give degrees;

(h) The conditions and system for connection of universities;

(i) Conferment of privileged degrees;

(j) The support of the records and the readiness and going of the yearly spending plan of the University;

(k) Every single other matter which by this Act are to be, or might be, recommended by Statutes.
