Hey as SBI HRMS” is a SAP based Human Resource Management System (HRMS). SBI HRMS Portal Login helps SBI users to check their Salary Slips, Pension slips etc. It is basically used by the State Bank employees for checking queries on their payment, transactions and it works for Human Welfare.


SBI HRMS Smart Power Insurance and holiday Scheme

SBI Smart Power Insurance :-

It is the new scheme or plan which is going to be in effect from 07th October onwards. It basically aims at level income level operation and increase income increased operation. It has two prominent parts :

Level Cover Option

Increase Cover Option

Police Terms :- 10,15 or 30 year

Age Group :- 18 to 45 year

Maximum Maturity Period :- 65 year


Holiday Scheme :-

In 2012 a revolt and strike has been done by the Employee Union against Indian Bank association to provide five day working week and also enhance salaries upto 19% of the employees.

Now providing final relief to the applicants the Indian Bank federation or association in 2015 has approved 2nd and 4th Saturday as the Bank Holiday and also the salary increment has been done upto 15% from the year 2012 which is applicable for five year. This decision has become applicable for all 07 Lac SBI and associate bank workers.
