I will tell you system requirement for using the E-learning portal of State Bank Of Hyderabad, so that you can check it.

Here are the requirement

Suggested Browsers And Settings To Have A Better Experience Of Sbg E-Learning
Computer (PC) and Connectivity Requirements

Be sure to use a supported browser.

PC Users: Internet Explorer 6.0 or Firefox 3.x or above.
Internet Explorer 6.0 or above is supported

Configure the browser cache. 99% of problems are due to incorrect "cache" browser settings.

Configure cookies, JavaScript, pop-up blocker.

NOTE: Do NOT open more than one browser window while being logged into the system. It is suggested to use only one browser window while logged into the system.

Computer and Internet Connectivity Requirements
General System Requirements
Screen resolution set to 1024 X 768

PC's should be running Win 2000, XP, Windows 7 or Vista

System should have at least 512MB RAM but recommended is 2GB

56K minimum is required. DSL or Cable strongly advised.

PC Supported Browsers (Browser Requirements)
The recommended web browsers for PC users are Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 or later and Firefox 3.0 or later versions. Other web browsers are not supported and may not function properly.

PC Browser Cache Settings

Check Browser's Cache Settings!
99% of technical problems are due to incorrect browser "cache" settings

Changing Internet Explorer Cache Settings (PC)

Click on the Tools Menu > Select Internet Options
Click on the General tab > Under Browsing History, click on the Delete ... button.
In the Temporary Internet Files area, click the Delete Files ... button to clear the cache. Close that window.
Next, click on the Settings button (still in General > Browsing History area) and check, Every time I visit the webpage.
Change Days to keep pages in history to 0.
Click the OK button at the bottom of the Settings window.
Click the OK button at the bottom of the Internet Options window.


Changing Mozilla Firefox Cache Settings (PC)

Click on the Tools Menu and select Options
Click on the Advanced icon > Network tab to view the settings.
Enter 0 (zero) KB of disc space for the cache and click on the Clear Now button.
Click on the OK Button
Open a browser window, delete the address in the URL bar and type about:config. Press the Return key to see Firefox settings.
NOTICE: do not include the http prefix here
Scroll down to browser.cache.check_doc_frequency. It should be set to 3. If it's not, double click on the text and in the resulting dialogue box, enter 3 and click OK.
