St. Xavier's Collegiate School was founded in 1860. College is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations that conducts ICSE and ISC Examinations for class 10 and 12 respectively. The school is also affiliated to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education that conducts the Madhyamik Examination for class 10.


Admission: Generally admission starts in April to March.

Application Procedure:
Admission to class XI, and the choice of stream depends on the student's academic performance, behavior and the discretion of the Principal for the good of the school.

Note: The School Year is divided into two semesters. At the end of each semester examinations are held.
