SSC UDC Exam Form

I have offline application form of SSC Upper Division Clerk (UDC) Examination. But I don’t want to fill that offline application form. I want to fill online application form of that exam because I can get registration number from online application form. Provide me official notification of SSC Upper Division Clerk (UDC) Exam with detailed syllabus.
