Odisha Staff Selection Commission is shortly known as OSSC; this commission works under the government of Odisha.

It was set up in the year 1994 for carrying out direct recruitment against Group C posts in the state cadre as may schedule in the OSSC rules 1993.

Education Qualification:

The Candidates should possess Diploma in electrical engineering from any recognized institute/university

Age Limit:

Aspirants should be between 18 to 32 years as on Jan 2017. Relaxation is five years for ST/SC/SEBC/ Women and ten years for PWD candidates.

Pay Scale for Junior Engineer:
Rs. 9300-34800/- + G.P. Rs. 4200/-

Age limit:
18 to 32 years.
