Hello Sir I want to apply for the Staff Selection Commission Hariyana patwari jobs so please can you give me the eliglbity to apply for the post and provide me procedure to apply for the patwari posts?

The SSC Hariyana issued recruitment notification for the post of Patwari in 2012 but the last date for submission of application form for this post is over now which was 7-1-2012 and the commission has not issued recruitment notification for this post again.
